At 4X Bags, we take pride in our “Factory-to-Door” model. By manufacturing our own products in our Dhaka facility, we ensure your order is handled with care from the final stitch to the moment it reaches your hands.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide nationwide shipping across Bangladesh, with a specialized focus and optimized routes for our 30+ active districts within our retailer and dealer network.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location:

Inside Dhaka City: ৳80

Suburban Dhaka & Nearby Areas: ৳100

Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): ৳150

Condition: Delivery charge must be paid by the customer in case of not purchasing/accepting the product (even if the delivery was offered as free).
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, our team processes it directly from our factory.

Inside Dhaka: 24 to 72 hours.

Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days.

Bulk/B2B Orders: Delivery timelines for corporate or custom orders will be as per the agreed contract.
Note: Delivery may take longer during public holidays, extreme weather, or nationwide strikes (Hartals/Blockades).
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your 4X Bag is dispatched:

You can track your parcel via our logistics partner’s website (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To ensure a secure shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

Verification: For high-value orders or first-time customers, our team may call you to verify the order before dispatch.

Inspection: You are encouraged to check the outer packaging for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery.
6. Undelivered Packages
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after multiple attempts:

The package will be returned to our office.

We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery if the initial failure was due to incorrect contact information or absence.
7. Damage During Transit
While we pack our bags to withstand the journey, accidents can happen. If your bag arrives damaged:

Please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a replacement.
