Return and Refund Policy

At 4X Bags, we stand behind the “Production Excellence” of our products. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure every bag is engineered for durability. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for all products purchased through 4xbags.com.

  • Eligible Reasons: Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty zippers, stitching issues, or hardware failure) or if the wrong item was delivered.

  • Timeline: You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective plastic intact.

  • You must provide the Order ID or a copy of the invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers or local markets (these must be handled via the specific retailer).

  • “Change of mind” returns once the product has been used or the tags have been removed.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email contact@4xbags.com or message us on WhatsApp at +880 17 4511 5890.

  • Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • Pickup/Send-back:
    • Inside Dhaka: We may arrange a pickup via our delivery partner (chargeable unless the item is defective).
    • Outside Dhaka: You may be required to send the item back to our office after contacting our support team. They will guide you about the medium.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your item, our quality control team at the factory will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.

  • If approved for a Manufacturing Defect, we will send a fresh replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative product of the same value or a full refund.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Pre-paid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (MFS or Bank) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your MFS number or Bank details to transfer the refund amount.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or factory defect), 4X Bags will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
