Welcome to 4X Bags (4xbags.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

4X Bags is a brand owned and operated by 4X Limited, a registered manufacturing company in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Manufacturing

  • Handcrafted Nature: As a direct manufacturer, we strive for perfection. However, slight variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur due to the nature of the raw materials (leather, fabrics) and the artisanal manufacturing process.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders (e.g., due to stock unavailability or pricing errors).

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad), and online bank transfers via our secure payment gateway.

  • B2B & Bulk Orders: Orders for corporate gifting or wholesale are subject to separate contractual agreements regarding lead times and customization.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Bangladesh)

  • Coverage: We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through our third-party logistics partners.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days.

    • Outside Dhaka: 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery. For COD orders, please ensure the person receiving the package is ready with the exact amount.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • 7-Day Policy: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” once the product has been used or if the defect is caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Warranty

4X Bags are “Engineered for the Journey.” We provide 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (such as zipper failure or stitching issues). This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, product photography, and text, is the property of 4X Limited. Any unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

4X Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
